Intern – Software Testing Engineer

Work Profile

• Assist in manual testing of web applications, digital platforms, and software products to ensure quality and functionality.
• Support quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases for functionality, usability, quality control, and performance validation.
• Identify, track, and report bugs, defects, errors, and usability issues in applications and systems.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues efficiently.
• Monitor development and testing processes to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and quality objectives.
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation, bug reports, test execution reports, and performance analysis records.
• Document testing findings in detail and communicate product deficiencies along with recommended corrective actions.
• Ensure software reliability, stability, performance, and user experience standards are maintained before product release.
• Participate in application validation, regression testing, and quality verification activities.
• Report critical issues, risks, and testing concerns to senior management and project stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality software products aligned with organizational standards and client expectations.
• Learn and implement industry best practices, testing methodologies, and QA processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
